If you want my help to untangle a remodel, organize chaos or some other DIY mess, this is for you. You get a place to share exactly what you’re up against, and you get a permanent record of my feedback to keep.

 

How it works:

 

Your Part: Start with a short message so I can tell you if I think I an help. If I think I can help, you’ll get a private Google Doc link. You dump everything in there—links, questions, context, photos, sketches, estimates for contractors. Include it all and especially your goal and challenges.

 

My Part: I spend the time reading, reviewing, thinking and problem solving. Then I write back directly in the doc. No fluff —just clear, grounded feedback and ideally at least one solution, maybe more. You end up with a written plan.

The Follow-Up: You get one round of follow-up questions in the doc to clarify anything. I send a final response, and the plan is yours to keep. This may or may not include a Zoom call depending on what the situation is.

⚠️ The price is $150 (Paypal or Venmo) due after I tell whether I think I can help. This is not a guaranteed solution. It might be or it might be a complete redirect. I will do my best to help you figure out all the options for your situation.

Cancellation Policy

📌 No-Response Policy: If you don’t write anything in your document within 30 days, the session will be considered complete and won’t be rescheduled or refunded.
